The Quebec Tamil Community Centre (QTCC) is a non-profit organization, which provides visible minorities (particularly Tamils) with services that helps them integrate within the Quebec society. QTCC was founded in 2018 by a group of committed volunteers to support Diaspora of Tamils with social, economic, cultural and educational development.
